ORDER GUARANTEE



Guarantee of receipt:

As long as you enter a valid and complete shipping address, I guarantee that you will receive your order. If you haven’t received your order within the DELIVERY ESTIMATES listed below, please let me know and I will investigate and re-ship. I will need your order number when you contact me – info@pinznthingz.com




PLEASE NOTE, THEFT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS GUARANTEE. If your tracking number shows the package has been delivered, it is considered delivered. If mail theft is a common occurrence in your area, or if you are worried about mail theft, please consider requesting "signature upon delivery" service before placing your order.




Guarantee against damage or defects:

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is defective, please contact me, and I will send a replacement. When you write to me, I will need your order number and a detailed description of the damage or defect (a photo is best!) – info@pinznthingz.com



PLEASE NOTE: on some items, scratching or colour differences may occur along the edges or on the back. This is normal, as some items are hand-made or hand-altered.




Guarantee of order exactness:

I am human, and I work alone, so sometimes mistakes happen! If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact me and I’ll make it right. I will need your order number and details on what’s missing or incorrect – info@pinznthingz.com




PROCESSING TIME



Since I work alone, processing time (time to get your order together before shipping) can take up to two weeks, but is usually less.  Priority processing is included with the Xpresspost shipping method.



If you need your order within less than two weeks, please contact me before ordering to ensure I can get it to you in time!




DELIVERY ESTIMATES



Estimates are based on average delivery time between when you place an order to when it is delivered to you. Packages may arrive before or after the following estimates. These estimates may be inaccurate during events outside of our control, including, but not limited to: Pandemics, natural disasters, postal strikes, etc.

Using standard or economy shipping methods:



CANADA – 1-3 weeks, including processing time



USA – 1-3 weeks, including processing time



UK and WESTERN EUROPE – 2-3 weeks, including processing time



EVERYWHERE ELSE – Orders are normally received within 3 weeks, but sometimes up to 6 weeks depending on the reliability of the shipping service of the destination country.




Using Xpresspost shipping method:



CANADA – 3-6 business days, including processing time (orders CAN be received within two days – if you need your order that quickly, please contact me beforehand to make sure I’m able to rush your order)

USA – 4-10 business days, including processing time (orders CAN be received within 3 days, if you need your order that quickly please contact me beforehand to make sure I can rush your order)



International – 5-12 business days, including processing time.




SHIPPING CHARGES



The shipping charges are “Flat-Rate”. This means, the shipping cost is the same no matter how many items ordered.



The following shipping options are available on most items. The economy shipping options is sometimes unavailable if an item in your order is too large or heavy to fit the economy rate parameters.



CANADA

Economy shipping - $3.25, no tracking available

Expedited or Xpresspost - Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Includes tracking.



USA

Standard shipping - $7, includes tracking once arrived in the US

Express shipping - Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Includes tracking.



INTERNATIONAL

Economy shipping (Canada Post Small Packet - Air)

Is available to countries where Standard shipping via Asendia is not available. This is a non-tracked economy service that is usually around the same price as Asendia.



Standard shipping (Asendia) - $12

Is available to, and includes tracking for, the following destinations:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand



Standard shipping (USPS) - $24

Is available to, and includes tracking for, the following destinations:

Chile, Croatia, Cyprus,  Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Vietnam, Turkey



Canada Post International Tracked
Available to most other countries not listed in the tracked services listed above. Cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Includes tracking.



Xpresspost shipping - Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Includes tracking.




FREE SHIPPING


Free shipping is offered on orders over $45 shipped to destinations within Canada and to the USA, and on orders over $75 to destinations outside of Canada and the USA.  The shipping method applied for free shipping is the least expensive method available and may not be tracked.



TRACKING

Tracking is only available to certain countries, as outlined above. When available, I will attach it to your shipping confirmation.




SHIPPERS USED



Orders being shipped within Canada are sent via Canada Post.



Orders being shipped to the USA by standard or economy are sent via the US postal service through a forwarding agent here in Canada.



Orders being sent to the USA or Internationally by Express are sent via Canada Post.



Orders being sent to the following countries are sent via Asendia through a forwarding agent here in Canada: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand



Orders being sent to the following countries are sent via USPS through a forwarding agent here in Canada: Chile, Croatia, Cyprus,  Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Vietnam, Turkey



Orders being sent to all other countries are sent via Canada Post.




RETURNS



Due to hygiene concerns, I cannot accept returns on jewellery. Please be sure to ask any questions you may have before ordering! I’ll be happy to provide further details.
